Urban and Spatial Planning is one of the specialties studied by the institute to achieve balance and development in regions and cities by applying urban design theory, housing and urban settlement theory, urban studios, housing policies, and workshops.

Urban Environmental Planning

Urban and Environmental Planning discusses the development and growth of cities, by studying water resource management, design of advanced water structures, life cycle analysis (LCA), urban water and sewage quality management, energy-efficient buildings, watershed health audits, and workshops.

Infrastructure and Transportation Planning

Infrastructure and Transportation Planning aims to explore how transportation planning and policy, infrastructure and regional development, infrastructure asset management, transportation systems, transportation economics, and project investment and finance.
